When the cause has been removed, disinfection and/or cleaning of the installation can be started.

Disinfection is the killing of bacteria. Cleaning is the elimination of large amounts of accumulated dirt such as lime, biofilm and algae.

How do we do this?

• Inventory the present taps
• Determine cleaning or disinfection method
• Plan of approach
• Marking and removal of points of use
• Taking the installation out of service
• Introduction of disinfection or cleaning product
• Incorporating the product
• Rinse out
• 100% measurement at all points to confirm that no product is present
• Release of the installation after sampling
• Final report

Cleaning and disinfection are carried out by us with agents with CTGB approval as legally required.
